I can't think of a single download manager of which I consider Newsbin to be that doesn't at least give you an option to minimize to tray on close. It be nice if you can implement this or at least add an option to turn this feature on and off. I'm constantly having to stop and think since just about everything else that minimizes to tray does this. To truly exit, you either right click the tray icon and choose exit or use the the file menu > exit.
