I gave you some specific trouble-shooting advice to try to figure out why a capable machine like yours is brought to its knees by repair and unrar. I think you're fighting the wrong battle. If your machine remained responsive and usable during repair and unrar, would you care that it happens early as long as you end up with the files you want?
I think there are two conversation going on here in parallel.
1 - On some machines unrar and repair crushes performance.
2 - With ungrouped files, it'll repair while some files are still downloading.
I consider #1 to be a problem with the PC. Not something I can fix. I consider #2 to be worth investigating and improving.

1. a complete set downloaded - without repair/unrar (=disable Autopar)
2. Newsbin take care of the repair/unrar (e.g. after re-enabling Autopar, or using a possible other, hidden, method)
