Resume does not resume parts of a file

Is the small PAR downloading? It sounds like nothing is downloading at all. The download of the small par is what triggers the unpause. You can also select all the files and hit the resume button on the toolbar.

I think it sounds like things aren't downloading at all, paused or not. Might want to check the server settings.
