Create nzb fom post-automatically take subject+filename name

What I'm doing :
I do a "to new folder"
I copy the name
I cancel the dialog
I do a NZB
I put the saved name.

Yes a little more click but this is the only way that I found to do this.
So yes, I would like to have to name of the nzb from subject like for the new folder.
