Hit the main pause button, Select the file, right click and select "Download- Bypass filters" then see if the files ends up in the download list. It it's already in the download list, you'll have to select it there and hit Ctrl-Y. When the file is in the download list, the icon for "Bypass filters" is a star.
You can disable the duplicate checker in the advanced options.
